Great location within walking distance of the main street and bus station. the staff were attentive and offered great customer service. There was a lovely rooftop bar for relaxing in the evenings.
The air conditioning needs to be updated as it was very noisy and ineffective at cooling the room. the kitchen equipment was a bit sparse and could use some improvement.

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering exclusive amenities and attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre offers a relaxing escape, with a range of treatments including body scrubs and facials. the spa lounge is perfect for unwinding, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Leisure facilities include a TV room and there are private facilities for a truly luxurious experience. In-room breakfast is a delightful option, along with the snack bar for a quick bite.
We experienced a minor issue with the foot massage not meeting our expectations, but the full body massage more than made up for it. the location advantages of this venue were evident, with easy access to the main shopping area and local attractions.

We loved the location near the bus terminal, which made it easy to get around this city, and it was close enough to hit the must-see attractions in the city center. The hotel was also clean and had good facilities like a shared kitchen and a terrace. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to access public transportation. the neighborhood had a vibrant atmosphere, with bars and restaurants aplenty. the service from staff was top-notch, and the breakfast included was satisfactory.
The lack of security in the luggage room was concerning, with items being stolen from guests' bags.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the location was key with easy access to shops and transport. the free breakfast every morning was a great advantage that we enjoyed.
The staff had to let guests in and out which could be frustrating when we were in a rush. the luggage room was not secure despite there being a 24-hour reception and video surveillance.
